We proudly offer both Standard and Luxury Pool-Side Cabana Rentals!

While our Standard Aloha Models offer you reserved shaded seating, it’s our Luxurious  Ocean Spirit and Pirate King Models that will turn your pool day into V.I.P

Pirate King Cabanas include: Premium Pool View, Cable TV, Mini Bar Fridge, Microwave, Dining Room Table, Electronic Safe, Organizational Cubbies, Ceiling Fan, and Padded Sectional Seating for 9+ in addition to your very own reserved Sunbather Loungers.

Ocean Spirit Cabanas include: Cable TV, Mini Bar Fridge, Ceiling Fan, and Padded Sectional Seating for 9+ in addition to your very own reserved Sunbather Loungers.

Aloha Cabanas include: Reserved sunbather loungers and shade for your immediate camping family.

We recommend reserving a cabana at time of campsite booking. Spots are limited on all models and you wouldn’t want to miss the full Lake George Glamping Experience!

Policies

• Sites have full hook-up capability featuring Water, Electric, Sewer and Cable TV. Sites are large, level, private, and equipped with 20-30-50 amp electric services.
• Check in for Campsites and Cabins is any time after 3:00 P.M.
• Check out is by 11:00 A.M.
• Early Check-ins – Anyone arriving on resort property prior to 1pm will be charged a $100 early arrival fee, subject to availability. Campers wishing to take part in our early arrival program may do so for just $45 between the hours of 1-3PM depending on site availability. For the safety of all guests, no early arrivals will be allowed to stage in the lot or check-in lanes without one of the above early property arrival arrangements. It is recommended to call in advance to move your early arrival site to a priority clean.
• Pick-up time for Golf Kart rentals is anytime after 3:00 P.M. Drop off time is by 10:30 A.M. The rental period mirrors your campsite check-in and checkout. It is recommended to reserve for the length of your stay to avoid waiting until 3PM the following day to pick up your rental cart.
• Only licensed adults 21+ may rent or operate golf carts
• Rates include 2 adults and 3 children (17 and under). Any additional guests (child/adult) are $18.00 per person per day/night.
• We allow a maximum of 4 adults and 6 children per site. Any campsite exceeding this occupancy will be subject to a $150 per day surcharge plus each additional guest will be charged a premium daily rate of $28 per person.
• Our campsite occupancy is designated for one (1) Recreational Camper (Axled Lodging Equipment) per campsite. Any guests having more than one on their campsite will receive a $200 per day surcharge, plus all applicable guest fees. The park does however allow a camper and a tent to share a site at no extra cost, provided the campsite follows the guest occupancy rule.
• Guests are welcome to hand pick their sites in advance using our site lock feature. Site lock is an additional purchase per site reservation that is complimentary on stays 7 nights or greater. The Resort cannot guarantee a specific site request for stays of less than 7 nights without adding on site lock. Likewise, any groups of two sites or more wanting to guarantee campsites together will need to utilize our site lock service.

Payment & Refunds

• Rates do not include any applicable taxes or fees
• Any Reservation or Rental may be Canceled or Changed: 30 days prior to arrival date with a Full Refund less 10% cancellation fee on your total Reservation, 22-29 days: 50% cancellation fee on your total Reservation, 15-21 days: 75% cancellation fee on your total Reservation, 14 days or less: NO refund.
• Camping is an outdoors experience, therefore we do not refund due to nature, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We cannot guarantee a specific site request for stays of less than 7 nights without adding on site lock.
• We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
