Pirate King Cabanas include: Premium Pool View, Cable TV, Mini Bar Fridge, Microwave, Dining Room Table, Ceiling Fan, and Wraparound Seating for 9+ in addition to your very own reserved Sunbather Loungers. Rate Policies

• Resort Pool Operates Friday of Memorial Day Weekend Through Labor Day.
• Certain minimums may apply during peak season, holidays, and other times. Minimums subject to change.
• Guests are welcome to hand pick their sites in advance using our site lock feature. Site lock is offered at an additional purchase per site reservation, but is always complimentary on stays 7 nights or greater. The Resort cannot guarantee a specific site or area request for stays of less than 7 nights without adding on site lock. Likewise, any groups of two sites or more wanting to guarantee campsites being together will each need to utilize our site lock service.
• Standard Placement Site Lock is $50, Preferred Placement Site Lock is $145, Cabin Lock is $100.
• Campsites and Cabins both feature a stone fireplace  and a full size family picnic table.
• Maximum Overnight Campsite Occupancy is 4 adults 6 children (see rules page)

Policies

• Sites have full hook-up capability featuring Water, Electric, Sewer, and Cable TV. Sites are large, level, private, and equipped with 20-30-50 amp electric services.
• Check-in for Campsites and Cabins is any time after 3:00 P.M.
• Check-out is by 11:00 A.M (vacate campsite and resort grounds). POOL cannot be accessed on the day of your checkout after 10:30am.
• Early Check-ins – Anyone arriving on resort property prior to 1 pm will be charged a $100 early arrival fee, subject to availability. Campers wishing to take part in our early arrival program may do so for just $45 between the hours of 1-3 PM depending on site availability. For the safety of all guests, no early arrivals will be allowed to stage in the lot or check-in lanes without one of the above early property arrival arrangements. It is recommended to call in advance to move your early arrival site to a priority clean.
• Pick-up time for Golf Kart rentals is anytime after 3:00 P.M. Drop off time is by 10:30 A.M. The rental period mirrors your campsite check-in and checkout. It is recommended to reserve for the length of your stay to avoid waiting until 3 PM the following day to pick up your rental cart.
• Only licensed adults 21+ may rent or operate golf carts
• Rates include 2 adults and 3 children (17 and under). Any additional guests (child/adult) are $18.00 per person per day/night.
• We allow an overnight maximum of 4 adults and 6 children per site. Any campsite exceeding this overnight occupancy will be subject to a $150 per day surcharge plus each additional guest will be charged a premium daily rate of $28 per person.
• Our campsite occupancy is designated for one (1) Recreational Camper (Axled Lodging Equipment) per campsite. Any guests having more than one on their campsite will receive a $200 per day surcharge, plus all applicable guest fees. The park does however allow a camper and a tent to share a site at no extra cost, provided the campsite follows the guest occupancy rule.
• Guests are welcome to handpick their sites in advance using our site lock feature. Site lock is an additional purchase per site reservation that is complimentary on stays 7 nights or greater. The Resort cannot guarantee a specific site or area request for stays of less than 7 nights without adding on site lock. Likewise, any groups of two sites or more wanting to guarantee campsites together will need to utilize our site lock service.
• Map Placement Sections: While all sites offer space for a 45ft camper in wooded privacy, pricing for site lock varies according to your desired map placement.
• Preferred Placement: site locking in this section equals the cost of just one nights stay 6/29-8/24 & reverts to $50 any other time. (Complimentary on stays 7 nights or greater)
• Standard Placement: site locking in this highlighted section is always $50 (Complimentary on stays 7 nights or greater)
• Cabin Lock Placement is also optional at $100 (Complimentary on stays 7 nights or greater)

Payment & Refunds

• Any Reservation or Rental may be Canceled or Changed: 15 days prior to arrival date with a Full Refund less 10% cancellation fee, 14 days or less: NO refund.
• Camping is an outdoors experience, therefore we do not refund due to nature, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We cannot guarantee a specific site request for stays of less than 7 nights without adding on site lock.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards.
• Refunds can only be processed onto the original form of payment. We cannot process refunds onto different cards, even if the original card has been cancelled. If a refund cannot be processed via the original payment form, than a gift certificate will be issued.
