• Cabin check in after 3:00PM / Check out by 11:00AM

• Rates are based on 2 Adults and 3 Children.
• Rustic Cabins include:
  refrigerator, 1 double bed & 3 bunk beds for sleeping of up to 5 people,electric inside and water faucet outside.
• Cabin Suites include:
  refrigerator, 1 queen bed, 3 bunk beds for sleeping of up to 5 people, air conditioning and heat, full bath, and flat screen cable TV. Exterior patio kitchen consists of charcoal grill, stove top burners, sink, and microwave.All cabin sites contain a picnic table, fireplace and charcoal grill. Please bring your own linens, sleeping bags, towels, pillows, cooking utensils, pots & pans, washbasin, lantern, etc.
• Cabin Deluxe includes:
• two bedrooms, full bath and a common area. (comfortably sleeps 8 people) The Master bedroom is outfitted with a Queen bed, storage an flat screen TV.  The second bedroom comes equipped with 4 bunk beds, storage and a flat screen TV. The full size bath has a large shower unit. The common area features a pull out couch, dining room table, Large flat screen TV, and a kitchen that is equipped with a stove top, microwave, sink and full size fridge/freezer. All rooms come standard with Cable-TV, Heat and AC.
• A “Visa or MasterCard” will be required (to hold) for a security deposit at check-in.
• *Sorry, no pets allowed in the Cabins or on the Cabin sites.*
• However, if you require an official service animal, they are always allowed. Please notify your reservationist.

Golf Carts 

Ultra Golf Carts – Seats 6 People

(If a Golf Cart is booked for a Single day, the cost is the regular nightly price PLUS  a $40 fee.)

Resort Golf Karts tend to sell out in advance therefore our office strongly recommends reserving at the time of campsite booking.

Register your own golf cart for $10 a Night or Reserve one of our Rentals.

*If bringing a personal golf cart please make sure you have a valid license and proof of insurance on hand*

Poolside Cabana Rentals

Luxury Cabanas include: Cable TV, Mini Bar Fridge, Ceiling Fan, and Padded Sectional Seating for 9+ in addition to your very own Reserved Sunbather Loungers. We recommend reserving at time of campsite booking. Spots are limited and you wouldn’t want to miss the full White Mountain Glamping Experience!

Aloha Clamshell Cabanas include: Reserved sunbather loungers and shade for your immediate family. *Spots are limited*

• Luxury Poolside Cabanas
• Mermaid Grotto Cabanas (6 reserved sunbather loungers with shade)

(One day rentals will incur a $40 charge for Luxury Cabanas)

Policies

• Rates are based on 2 Adults and 3 Children.
• Our sites are large, level, and private!
• Check in for Campsites and Cabins is any time after 3:00 P.M.
• Check out is by 11:00 A.M.
• Early Check-ins – Anyone arriving on resort property prior to 1pm will be charged a $100 early arrival fee, subject to availability.  Anyone wishing to check-in between the hours of 1-3pm will be charged an early arrival fee of only $45, subject to availability. Campers wishing to take part in our early arrival program may do so for just $45 between the hours of 1-3PM depending on site availability. For the safety of all guests, no early arrivals will be allowed to stage in the lot or check-in lanes without one of the above early property arrival arrangements. It is recommended to call in advance to move your early arrival site to a priority clean.
• Pick-up time for Golf Kart rentals is anytime after 3:00 P.M. Drop off time is by 10:30 A.M. The rental period mirrors your campsite check-in and checkout. It is recommended to reserve for the length of your stay to avoid waiting until 3PM the following day to pick up your rental cart.
• Only licensed adults 21+ may rent or operate golf carts
• Rates include 2 adults and 3 children (17 and under). Any additional guests (child/adult) are $20.00 per person per day/night.
• We allow a maximum of 4 adults and 6 children per site. Any campsite exceeding this occupancy will be subject to a $150 per day surcharge plus each additional guest will be charged a premium daily rate of $28 per person.
• All Electric Vehicles are required to register for a fee of $30/night.
• Our campsite occupancy is designated for one (1) Recreational Camper (Lodging Equipment) per campsite. Any guests having more than one on their campsite will receive a $200 per day surcharge, plus all applicable guest fees
• Guests are welcome to hand pick their sites in advance using our site lock feature. Site lock is an additional purchase per site reservation that is complimentary on stays 7 nights or greater. The Resort cannot guarantee a specific site request for stays of less than 7 nights without adding on site lock.
• Failure to arrive within 48 hours, without notification, will forfeit your deposit and site.
  

  Payment & Refunds

  • Rates do not include any applicable taxes or fees
  • Any Reservation or Rental may be Canceled or Changed: 15 (or more) days prior to arrival date with a Full Refund less 10% cancellation fee, 14 days or less: NO refund.
  • Camping is an outdoors experience, therefore we do not refund due to nature, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific site request for stays of less than 7 nights without adding on site lock.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.
